Supporting Our Village
There are many ways to help our Village. In addition to supporting VCS through Parent Participation hours, and through the Program Support Pledge , parents also help by planning and supporting a variety of fundraisers throughout the year.
Two of these fundraisers are eScrip and CommunitySMART. which anyone and everyone, friend, neighbor, relatives, can do to help support our school. These are both easy, FREE ways for everyone to get involved in our fundraising efforts. There is no cost to the cardholder! By doing your regular shopping around town you earn money for our school. If you are not already signed up with E-Scrip or Community Smart, do it today. Help us earn $$ for our village.

What is eScrip?
eScrip is proven to be a fantastic resource for fundraising where participating business partners contribute a percentage of your grocery loyalty card, credit card, and debit/ATM card purchases to the school, group or organization of your choice.
How does eScrip work?
You register any one or all of your existing grocery loyalty, debit and credit cards for use in the program.
Participating merchants will make contributions to your chosen group, based on purchases made by you, just by using the cards you have registered.
Your purchases are tracked and available to you online, allowing you to see just how much you are earning on your child's behalf?
How do I sign up?
Follow these easy steps to register:

Our group ID# is 139588050
Enter your personal information
Register excepted grocery store club cards (i.e. Safeway),
credit cards (i.e. Visa/MC), excepted retail credit cards and debit cards.
Confirm all information.
Community Smart Card

Similar to eScrip, CommunitySMART is a local program which works directly with independent merchants to provide a larger percentage donation to non-profit organizations and schools. When you enroll with Community Smart (http://www.communitysmart.com/) you will be sent a special card that you present to participating merchants (rather than registering your credit/debit cards). Participating merchants include Community Market, Oliver’s Markets, Molsberry’s Markets, Friedman’s Home Improvement, Copperfield’s Books, Toyworks, Mary’s Pizza Shacks and many more!
